Possess Degree in Human Resource, Law or other related field.
5-8 years of working experience in Industrial Relations & unionized environment.
Knowledge in Employment Act 1995 and other related regulations will be an added advantage.
Tactful, good negotiation skill and people oriented.
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
The Job
Support the head and advise on all industrial relations and labour matters including collective bargaining, trade dispute, union matters, conflict management, domestic inquiry, code of conduct, disciplinary and grievance issues.
Becomes the second point of contact to advise on industrial related matters including but not limited to counselling & disciplinary matters, termination, grievances, investigations, and employment legislation.
Involves in collective bargaining and ensure smooth coordination of Collection Agreement (CA) meetings and negotiation until conclude.
Conduct investigation of misconducts reported and resolves grievances addressed by employees.
Review and update of Company policies relating to Industrial Relations.
Formulates and manages labour relations policy, subject to top management guidance and approval.
Keep abreast of latest judicial precedents on dispute resolution on matters related to employment laws and matters that may affect union-management relations.
Process labour disputes and grievances in a proper and timely manner.
