Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of landscaping.
- Liaise with clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures (e.g., walkways, water, and lighting).
- Liaise with consultants on landscape designs, costing and budgeting, equipment, scheduling of workplan, etc.
- Liaise with government officials and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth execution of landscape plans.
- Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness, and job satisfaction of all direct reports.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Has worked on a considerable amount of portfolios.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
