Liaise with clients (or management) to develop or refine plans for project, which may include ornamental plants, ground cover, and landscaping structures (e.g., walkways, water, and lighting).
Liaise with consultants on landscape designs, costing and budgeting, equipment, scheduling of workplan, etc.
Liaise with government officials and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth execution of landscape plans.
Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness, and job satisfaction of all direct reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Has worked on a considerable amount of portfolios.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
