The Manager shall also provide administrative support to ensure the CEO office functions seamlessly. This position demands a unique blend of strong legal expertise with organizational skills and the capacity to efficiently manage diverse tasks within a fast-paced environment. : : Provide legal advice and guidance to the Company on a wide range of legal matters. Prepare and review all Legal documents, including contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Research and analyze legal issues pertaining to the company\'s operations to provide valuable advice. Support the CEO and the top management team in the negotiation of contracts and agreements. Keep abreast of changes in Laws and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Provide advice on all legal and contractual disputes to the CEO and the management. Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings as and when required. Monitor and assess the company\'s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to legal and compliance requirements as required. Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents and correspondence including timely retrieval and storage. Conduct compliance review, as and when required, to ensure adherence by departments on legal requirements. : Manage and maintain Chief Executive Officer\'s administrative requirements. Coordinate and facilitate communication between CEO\'s office and other departments and external parties. Prepare and organize minutes of meetings, schedules reports, and presentations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity. : Bachelor\'s degree in law from a recognized university. Minimum of 3 years of Legal Experience. Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and negotiations. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of industry-specific requirements s and regulations. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
