Summary of Role

Support and lead the Managed Properties team in securing new sites. Channels of coverage include hospitals both govt and private, office buildings, high-rise residential developments, Caltex stations, shopping malls, public transportation hubs, airports and developers of upcoming mixed developments.

Responsibilities:

• Establish contact and engage external parties in identifying and earmarking sites to build pipeline for new store expansion.
• Oversee new sites evaluation, sites inspection, financial (Simulation ROI) review, review of letters of offers and draft tenancy agreements leading to the perfection of tenancy agreement and taking of site possession.
• Assist the team in engaging internal stakeholders e.g., Ops for feedback and consensus in proceeding with new site proposals and Construction in coordinating site inspection, technical submissions and taking of site possession.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, and Professional Degree in any discipline.
• Candidates preferably to have at least 8 years\' experience in property/site acquisition, leasing, property management or relevant field.
• Experience to lead a team.
• Good inter-personal skills, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse spectrum of people, both internally and externally.
• Good understanding and command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledge of legal and professional context will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and able to compose and comply with a periodic schedule of travel / visits within the designated area of coverage.
