Job Responsibilities:
01) Oversee production processes in term of quality and manpower efficiency.
02) Identify and implement continuous improvements in production processes.
03) Liaised with production engineers to identify and implement improvement projects and quality, efficiency and cost savings.
04) Monitor and review production planning to ensure able to achieve target output.
05) Carry out and monitor new product development and current product improvement.
06) Review total manpower required for every department and arranged for manpower requisitions.
07) Provided technical knowledge to solve production issues in term of quality and manpower arrangement.
08) Monitor and review daily production output and rejection data to ensure smooth production processes.
09) Monitor department expenses and budget.

Job Requirements:
01) Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
02) Equipped with well written and oral communication skills.
03) Able to communicate effectively with staff in non-scientific position.
04) Excellent analytical and problem solving skill and posses a logical and investigate mind.
05) Engaged interest and participation of others and has collaborative approach to work.
06) Assertive, resilient and welcome changes.
07) Proactively contribute to the team.
