Job Description

- Manage and lead a team of EMS to achieve monthly and yearly targets and KRAs
- Plan and strategize with team to achieve targets
- Provide clear directions on sourcing to team
- Recruit the right candidate for the job and train and develop them to be effective sales people.
- Closely track and monitor each sales person\xe2\x80\x99s performance
- Continuously provide coaching and guidance for improvement
- Join sales person on their sales call to provide on-the-job training
- Identify suitable staff for promotion and career development.
- Ensure that headcount is met and within budget
- Develop strategic partnerships to source and build the business
- Source for good and viable developer / projects to be included on the bank\xe2\x80\x99s panel for end financing
- Develop strong relationship with our business associates such as lawyers and valuers to obtain business referrals
- Build and expand on relationship with estate agencies to refer business to us
- Mobilize sales force effectively at developer launches, roadshows, property exhibitions etc to capture new sales
- Strongly advocate the importance of providing good service to customers Ensure that sales are done in compliance with business policies, practices and regulations.
