Manage and lead the recruitment processes and the overall utilization of recruiters.
Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
Lead and manage the delivery of strategic manpower planning and recruitment activities to meet the Bank\'s talent needs.
Provide accurate and timely reports on recruitment related matters including staff movement/placement etc.
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards.
Responsible for recruitment or contract renewal of senior level positions i.e., Head and above.
Responsible for employment branding.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Preferably a recognized master holder or graduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, or other related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years\' working experience in the areas of recruitment and selection.
Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, possess attention to details and strong abilities to set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
