Define a fair, equitable and competitive total rewards packages that is aligned to the company\'s strategy and business goals
Formulate, plan & implement Rewards initiatives/ proposals to attract, engage and retain talent
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (taxation, employment act, etc.).
Review job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for internal jobs alignments aligned to the business needs.
Differentiate rewards systems for different segments of workforce
Review, propose, formulate, plan and implement the Company\'s Rewards Policy & Procedures to fulfil the set objectives of the Company while meeting the needs of the diverse workforce
Prepare the proposal paper and presentation material for the Management\'s review and approval for all Rewards matters
Propose and prepare the annual increment and bonus budget, distribution, increment and bonus matrix
Facilitate the group insurance policies review and renewal
Participate in market remuneration surveys on salaries, benefits and employment conditions for effective C&B planning and to ensure competitiveness of the Company\'s C&B practices in relation to the market practice
Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
Facilitate the annual performance exercise which includes system readiness and employee communication for goal settings, continuous performance management, confirmation appraisal review and year-end performance review, performance and promotion calibration
Continuous review and update or propose for process improvement to ensure the effectiveness of the Rewards and Performance Management System within the organization.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or finance
Minimum 10 years\' experience as a Performance and Rewards Specialist
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits schemes
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and logical thinking
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledge of local labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters
