- Oversee the daily Mortgage administration & operation of the release team
- Check Advice to Release and Authorize payment and ensure will billings received are paid within TAT
- Liaise with business partners to resolve discrepancies and issues detected and raised
- Take a hands-on approach by playing a positive role in addressing work process, workflow, administrative, planning and organization of work
- Coaching and provide guidance and support team members escalates issues and propose solutions to the management for further direction and decision where necessary
- Malaysian Citizen
- Bachelor degree in Banking, Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results
- Proactive, display self initiative, independent and good analytical skills.
