Job Description

: Job Purpose

Manage for effective implementation and execution of company initiatives* driven directly by the President to improve and transform entire operation for effective business strategy execution and establishment of fundamentals for business sustainability.

*The initiatives will include, but not limited to, below * Establish culture, structure to create new businesses

  • Enhance DX literacy for all employees
  • Assure an effective management system in place to support business goal achievement
  • Enhance company management quality embracing governance, internal control, risk management, and sustainability
  • Assure the company operate in full compliance with Corporate rules and regulations (internal compliance) as well as relevant laws and accounting standards
  • Promote quality concept (customer first, continuous process improvement, scientific thinking, teamwork, etc.) and put it in practice within the company
  • Make management quality and quality management a competitive edge of the Company to engage the society, market, customers, and employees.
Responsibilities
  • Propose to the President initiatives implementation plans including timeline, expected outcome, and clear measurement of success.
  • Liaise and engage with stakeholders and manage for successful initiatives implementation per plan.
  • Establish management of initiatives quality execution, including development of standard reports, review meetings, analysis of status, action plan (what, who, when) to close gap.
  • Propose and administer the company management system
  • Manage, organize, and administer management meetings
  • Follow up actions agreed in management meetings and among management team
  • Lead the Management Quality Office and Internal Audit function
Duties
  • Based on President request, develop initiatives implementation plan, obtain agreement from President, present the plan to CEC to get consensus and engage stakeholders, and take necessary action to roll out the plan.
  • Organize management meetings: schedule, send invitation, book meeting room, take and issue meeting minutes,
  • Manage MQO and internal audit function activities
Management Quality Office & Internal Audit

Responsibilities
  • Ensure policies and rules in FBMY are in line with All FB one and laws and professional and ethical standards in Malaysia society
  • Conduct operation audits and makes recommendations that will keep the company from undergoing legal struggles or facing other difficulties due to non-compliance issues
  • Conduct/facilitate/support audits and reports in accordance to request and instruction of regional and/or Japanese headquarter audit functions.
  • Examines and improves auditing processes to prevent compliance issues or resolve them in a timely manner
  • Plan and organize programs/campaigns/activities to put quality into daily practice within the Company (customer satisfaction management, VOC management, quality improvement process, problem solving, process management, customer first)
  • Plan and organize activities to promote quality of Company operation in meeting the ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO24001, ISO27001)
  • Promote the spirit of quality excellence pursuit within the Company and make known to the society and market
