Manager, Product Development & Digital Marketing

Reports To

Regional Sales East Malaysia, Product Development & Digital Marketing

Role Purpose

Responsible for the overall MASkargo digital marketing strategy and product development while leading and designing MASkargo digital marketing portfolio with the aim to generate significant revenue and to deliver best-in-class customer experience anchoring on a continuous innovation cycle of digital solutions

Key Accountability

  • Generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall MASkargo digital marketing portfolio and product development achievements
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends that positions MASkargo as the leading freighter for self-service and sales solutions.
  • Be the first point-of-contact of MAB Kargo to the digital partners and stakeholders, and leading the project for the digital work stream.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) for MASkargo Commercial division. Utilising a range of digital techniques while overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Interact with multiple business units in Commercial and Operations for development of global mail and specialized products, mapping product characteristics, assessing market requirement, organizing marketing pricing of products, implementation of special products initiatives and monitoring commercial and operations performance of special products
Qualification & Experience

Degree in related discipline with 3-4 years experience in Digital solution and implementations

Skills & Knowledge
  • Project Management Experience in the implementation of digital solutions
  • Experience leading a cross functional team directly, and via a matrix organisation through vendors/agencies
  • Good understanding of mobile and web usability, general Information Architecture principles and how to merchandise airline/travel products online (desktop and mobile)
  • Strong project management skills and great problem solving skills
