If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us The primary role of Manager, Facility Management, is to lead a multi-disciplinary Facility Management ("FM") team to: * Deliver quality and professional maintenance and If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us The primary role of Manager, Facility Management, is to lead a multi-disciplinary Facility Management ('FM') team to: Deliver quality and professional maintenance and repair activities and monthly billings for facilities assigned in line with contractual and compliance requirements to promote comfort, security and efficiency on a day-to-day basis. Drive and implement sustainable FM strategies for business improvement in line with Hong Leong Financial Group's ESG requirements. Manage contract and vendors of facilities assigned to meet the daily building operational requirements while aligned to policies set forth. Execute Senior Management Team or Board directives on the overall cost management strategies and business decisions. Deliver people and budgetary management of the facilities assigned to ensure building performance goals and service targets are carried out efficiently. Ensure smooth running of the building management administration on site to support tenant management, building owner and leasing colleagues. Job Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Network Technology/Project Management or in relevant fields. An experienced FM professional with at least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity and 5 years of experience managing high-rise commercial property. Fluency in oral and written English language is essential. Able to demonstrate progressive, innovative and flexible delivery of FM services. A proven track record of Customer Relationship and Financial Management. Possessed extensive knowledge of Method Statements, Lifecycle Assessment, Risk Assessment, Safe Systems of Work, Building, Electrical and Mechanical Regulations. Ability to analyze and resolve problems, develop opportunities and implement solutions/approaches. Possess technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including property technology. Good knowledge of building by-laws, safety and technical policies and green building requirements. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Project. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.
