Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for a Manager, Property to join the FEARLESS team.

Malaysia marks the first direct retail investment in Asia through a joint venture partnership with Malaysian owned MST Golf Group of companies, a well-established golf retailer and service provider in the region. Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 34 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment. Job Summary:

As the Manager, Property, you will be responsible to Company\'s business development plan particularly on new stores locations sourcing, tenancies negotiation, follow up and follow through, management of related legal documentations, data analysis and reports as well as working closely with related departments on tenancies / leasing matters. Being a manager, you may also expected to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations related to property tenancies.

Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities as the Manager, Property will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for overall general sourcing and identifying feasible locations for new outlets
• Negotiating for the best rate with overall package inclusive marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for data entry, analysis, and reporting on all outlets.
• Monitoring, managing, and reviewing of existing tenancies including renewal and closure processes.
• Liaising and provide data analysis to UK office on new locations proposal, and other information needed in the system.
• Liaising and keeping good working relationship with landlords to optimize benefits on Company\'s tenancies.
• Liaising with legal firm on legal documentations pertaining to tenancies and all other related matters including handling of resolutions.
• Liaise and follow up with related stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of tenancies matters.
• Any other lawful assignments as instructed by superior as and when required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related fields.
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in property and leasing management, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
• Proven strong negotiation skills
• Organized, resourceful, hands-on, result-oriented, and good inter-personal skills and good time management.
• Good critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy
• With Retails Industry background is a plus.
