Assure consistent quality, continuous improvement and profitability while maintaining all accreditations and maximizing productivity in day to-day operations. Direct quality assurance operations for IMSB to establish clear policies, processes and metrics in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements that are instrumental in driving consistency and compliance with quality standards Optimize and maintain IMSB\'s Quality Management System in compliance to regulations and Approved Manufacturers requirements. Lead process improvements for greater efficiency, speed of delivery, and cost savings by Implementing new quality procedures and processes tailored to the uniqueness of IMSB\'s products and services. Establish quality practices that are clear and efficient, enabling scalability of the business whilst always ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained Develop and maintain systems to support operations and product development teams with quality team insight into product performance and customer experience in the field. Establish monthly reporting to management on the performance of the quality system and customer experience which includes related business intelligence, metrics, performance monitoring and action plans Act as the key contact with regulators and customers auditors and taking responsibility for ensuring timely execution of corrective actions Working closely with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality performance criteria and monitor supplier performance Requirements The candidate must have thorough knowledge of Scientific degree (ideally in Analytical Chemistry, Sciences or related) Quality management experience in manufacturing industry - Oleochemicals, Soap Noodle, Animal Nutrition & Soap Bar
