OVERVIEW The incumbent is responsible and accountable to perform full spectrum of headcount planning process, management reporting, implementation, setup & maintenance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES General Responsible & accountable to review, buy-off & meet overall monthly headcount plan for company target Responsible & accountable on the analysis and project meet and on time delivery Business / Operations Facilitate workshop for headcount optimization projects Responsible to review, buy-off and update headcount analysis results to management teams Responsible and accountable to develop the yearly operation plans, manpower budgets and improvement method Responsible to monitor, control & consult indirect headcount hiring process by Segments & SF Responsible & accountable to chair the workshop for manpower-saving strategies People / Stakeholder Management Responsible to meet headcount productivity index Responsible and accountable to provide the decision-making points and pro-con analysis Responsible and accountable hire, train new staffs and provide guidance to staffs REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry, in particular experience in industrial engineering and operations planning. Minimum 7 years in managing multiple continuous improvement projects. Minimum 2 years of related working experience in managerial role. Technical & Professional Knowledge Ability to lead a team of multiples levels of employees and functions to achieve organizational goals. Strategic thinking and expert in operational planning and strategic planning. Utilizing in depth analytical skills to evaluates challenges, define, or develop actions to solutions. Possess good verbal and nonverbal communication skill to effectively play an Influencing role to company executive and management levels. Ability of making proposal to solutions of complex topics and to commonly achieve company target. Working Location Applicants must be willing to work in Sepang.
