Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercise to ensure all sales activities are executed successfully
• Manage and motivate sales personnel, conduct training and monitor staff activities and performance to ensure a consistent level of operational excellence
• Generate, analysis and propose strategy for the sales related report on timely manner
• Participate and provide input during product development and price setting stage to assist in developing a market value product
• Well verse in business plan target and develop overall sales strategy for given projects to meet company\'s target
• Develop guidelines and workflow to ensure effective sales floor control, uphold sales team discipline and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Real Estate Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years\' working experience in property sales and marketing
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
