Description To provide support to/ lead the team to ensure mandates are executed efficiently. To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements, and internal rules and compliance requirements. Requirements Requirements: Possess a recognized degree and/or professional qualification in Law, Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in corporate finance in other investment banks or similar industry. Strong command of written and spoken English. Sound knowledge of the capital market\'s rules, requirements and regulations. Strong interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities. Willing to work late hours and within tight deadlines. Adaptive in challenging situations and able to undertake diversified tasks and responsibilities.
