Support and coordinate in the following areas:

• Improvements and New solution development
• New services and products onboarding support and bug fix.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and CSDM
• Design and implement new functionalities using Client Scripts, Business rules and UI Policy
• Building/Reviewing/Maintaining technical design documents, Operation Manuals.
• Bug fix and proactive performance improvement initiatives for Platform.
• Experienced in customization for Catalogue and all ITSM modules.
• Experienced with creating ITSM/ITOM Reporting dashboards.
• Proactive monitoring and ensuring security compliance, user access controls.
• Experience in defining IRE rules, Discovery Patterns and CMDB Classes
• Code review and deployment, update sets creation.
