Provide quality support to the Sales team on all documentation related matters, including the origination of documentation for customers where required.
Supporting the Sales team to deliver customer base growth, achieve income targets and maximize SME Banking financial contribution through all channels (branch/digital/sales teams).
Supporting the Sales team to increase average product holding (FX, Banca (Fire/Wealth), transactions & other facilities) of business customers.
Handling the CSS/CSM portfolio by monitoring leads and leads performance to ensure cross sell and upsell opportunities are being captured.
Drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service.
Provide insight and suggestions on improving processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate.

Sales:
Assisting the Sales team on end to end client onboarding process and post sales services.
Point of contact between Sales and internal stakeholders for process improvements
Work closely with sales force to develop SME product and business acumen to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and business goals are achieved.
Collaborate with Sales to gather feedback to ensure all customer and sales campaigns are effective.
Work with sales head to monitor and maintain sales volume, product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Regular monitoring and tracking of sales performance to ensure targets are being achieved.
Scheduling frequent training sessions on products and campaigns to ensure Sales knowledge is up to date.
Support Sales to conduct branch roadshows and branch events
Business Development & Marketing:
Regular communication of feedback gathered from the Sales team in order to align on strategies and business development initiatives and to provide timely support.
Scheduling of briefings and trainings for Sales teams in terms of product knowledge to facilitate business acumen and manage the non-lending portfolio.
Facilitating on rollout of Sales campaigns to Sales staff and tracking
Facilitating on new sales initiatives, special projects/process improvements to capture key demographics and grow the business.
Supporting on sales incentive campaigns and trips to boost sales morale and drive performance.
Facilitating on organising sales award ceremonies
Presentation Decks & Analytics:
Develop weekly/monthly management decks to showcase Sales feedback, performance and gap analysis to management and persistent in following up with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates on projects or reports
Demonstrate keen ability to scope and size opportunities through a data-driven mind-set.
