• Develop and Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each sustainability initiative related to sustainable supply chain, energy efficiency & conservation (EE&C) measures, resource management and performance management (targets against results);
• Ensure alignment of sustainability initiatives to corporate strategy;
• Report performance to the relevant divisions for discussion and for execution improvement;
• Conduct strategic review and peer benchmarking for sustainability initiatives for industry comparison and analysis

Managerial

• To ensure alignment of climate action, decarbonization strategy and sustainable financing to the Sustainability Division and the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s sustainable strategic intent and goals for the financial year
• Be a good team player to ensure strong team spirits and deliver quality results.
• Guide, mentor and coach the team members on activities/initiatives to build up knowledge and experience.
• Empower team members to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

Organizational

• Strong technical proficiency in the sciences, with a solid understanding of climate change and environmental risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Passion for environmental protection and a deep commitment to advancing sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively advocate for environmentally responsible strategies and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
