About the Role The Learning and Talent Manager role is to support the overall Group Financial Solutions\' (GFS) business strategy and help the business grow through its Employee and Talent Management initiatives. The Learning and Talent Manager is responsible for executing robust processes and frameworks to support the full talent life cycle for GFS to ensure that there is the right mix of talented people, at the right time and in the right place to support business performance and success. Talent Development Supports the execution of GFS\' Talent Development strategy and plans to meet talent development needs, manage identified interventions, measurement and follow-up as necessary Maintains a holistic view of talent development requirements, skills and behaviours needed to build bench strength to meet current and future business needs Works closely with the local Learning and Talent team and HR Business Partner to ensure a robust understanding of the culture and talent requirements of the business Provides professional leadership development consultancy support to stakeholders Executes key Talent programmes guided by the local Learning & Talent team Supports the Performance Development Dialogues (PDD) process by executing interventions relating to career conversations, coaching and mentoring Ensures that all identified talents have a robust individual development plan by working through the Head of Department and Functional Leads Organizes regular talent review sessions to ensure development plans are executed as planned Monitors and reports on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required Employee Development Supports the execution of GFS\' learning strategy to meet training and development needs, manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary Assesses relevant training needs for individuals and departments in consultation with the Head of Department and Functional Leads Leverages on OSS\' local learning offerings and promote these courses to the business Works with the local Learning and Talent team for support in specific training courses and programmes necessary to meet GFS\' training needs Supports the local Learning and Talent team to execute Leadership Essentials interventions to drive employee\'s mindset and behaviour change Supports the local Learning and Talent team with implementation of digital learning activities and continuously promote this learning approach Identifies, selects and manages external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required functional training to appropriate standards Organizes training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required for GFS specific programs Supports the PDD process by executing interventions relating to career conversations, coaching and mentoring Monitors and reports on activities, costs, performance, etc. as required. Develops self and always maintains knowledge in relevant field Supports the local Learning and Talent team with HRDC grant and claim applications Job Requirements : BASIC QUALIFICATION Essential Bachelor\'s degree with seven years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Desirable CIPD Qualification / Certified Coach / Leadership Assessment Certification Psychometric tools certification TECHNICAL SKILLS, OR KNOWLEDGE Essential Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email. Numerically and grammatically accurate Facilitation skills Desirable Workday Learning and Talent Management System Learning needs analysis and creation of training programs Results focused a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams that consistently meet targets and realize organizational benefits Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders Commercially aware proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage responsibility for budgets Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation EXPERIENCE & TRACK RECORD Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels Experience in a range of learning, talent management and succession interventions in large organizations / multinational organizations Extensive expertise and experience in designing and implementing training curriculum, leadership capability review and employee / talent development initiatives and competency frameworks Good insights and exposure in new and emerging HR trends and practices relating to learning and talent development Proven project management experience
