You\xe2\x80\x99ll focus on enhancing performance management within PwC to offer benefits that are critically appealing to our employees which include career paths with a variety of opportunities, differentiated reward and recognition outcomes, and a culture of high performance and real-time feedback.The Talent Management team directs, designs and manages the coordination of key talent / high-potential development, to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top talent.Key responsibilitiesSupport end-to-end talent management lifecycleWork with Talent Lead to partner with business leaders to identify key talents and develop talent management strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business initiativesMaintain database of talent information, coordinate with management team, facilitate key talent review meetings, and oversee strategies to accelerate development of key talentsContribute and participate in the design and delivery of talent development programmes that align with long-term business strategiesAct as a liaison with other HR teams to coordinate development of talent management programmes, systems, and processes to support the businessDevelop field HR capability in talent management and developmentPreferred skillsExperience in human capital in the talent and/or learning and development spaceAbility to coordinate people and resourcesAbility to establish trust and a reputation for discretion, sound judgment and adviceCapacity to effectively initiate relationships and build rapport with senior leadershipSkill in critical and creative thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsSkill in written and oral communication, including persuasive negotiation skillsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?Government Clearance Required?Job Posting End Date
