Job Description


Summary of Role:This role will be responsible for the implementation of talent management strategies, policies and programs that are aligned with the Company\'s objectives in talent acquisition, retention and development. To drive the Company\'s initiative to identify, develop and manage critical talent groups to ensure robust leadership pipeline and manage the implementation of capability development to support growth of the Company\'s business.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the design, development, roll-out and continuous refinement of talent management framework, strategies, plans, initiatives, programs and agenda in identifying, developing and mobilizing talents to enable these talents to grow and lead the organization as per succession plans.
  • Execute the Company\'s talent management framework and facilitate performance and development conversations with parties involved, ensuring the effective execution and follow through on talent process and initiatives.
  • Lead and design a comprehensive talent database and provide valuable insights through data analysis including predictive analysis, trending to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to enhance talent related strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish an effective talent assessment solution that improves talent identification and evaluation to managing strengths or risks associated with capabilities gaps.
  • Analyze and monitor the talent movements, performance, rewards and engagement levels and provide the necessary advice to respective HODs to ensure effectiveness and competitiveness of actions/offerings that impacts critical talents.
  • Support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles.
  • Consults with line managers on succession planning, internal movement decisions; transfers, job enhancements and ensures decisions are in line with talent and skill gaps, development plans and career pathing.
  • Provide advice and views to line managers and Management to address issues and concerns on talent management and recommend and implement specific solutions to ensure the most effective and optimal utilization of human resource within the Company.
  • Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition to ensure robust external talent pools in line with emerging business needs.
  • Lead strategic talent management activity for the business and ensure talent discussions and decision making is occurring as a regular part of the business calendar.
  • Ensure all talent activities are in support of business priorities and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years\' experience in a human resources/management role including at least 5 years in Talent Management & Development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to provide solutioning, consulting services to Business Leaders.
  • Able to formulate frameworks and operational implementation plans.
  • Solid foundation of technical capability and experience in strategic talent management, employee relations, change management, and organisational development and effectiveness, including coaching, organisation design, facilitation, and team development.
  • Analytical thinking; competent using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making.
