- Handling flight tickets, hotel changes, refunds, etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin (traditional chine.se writing required and Basic English communication
- Educational Requirements: SPM / UEC / IGCSE or above
- No experience needed; training will be provided
- 19 old or above
- Must be able to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Possess excellent Mandarin skills, with basic English communication abilities.
- Handle customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver satisfactory resolutions to customers, including amending hotel/flight booking dates or processing refunds.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with relevant departments.
- Work as a team to achieve KPI and SLA targets.
