Must be able to work in shifts, including night shifts
TanggungjawabJob Responsibilities:
Possess excellent Mandarin skills, with basic English communication abilities.
Handle customer inquiries online and provide effective solutions.
Deliver satisfactory resolutions to customers, including amending hotel/flight booking dates or processing refunds.
Maintain clear communication and collaboration with relevant departments.
Work as a team to achieve KPI and SLA targets.
