  • Willing relocate in Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
  • Willing work in Rotational shift.
Tanggungjawab
  • User Support and Assistance: Respond to user inquiries through phone, chat, or email regarding platform features, account setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, such as video playback errors, encoding problems, or device compatibility issues.
  • Feedback Collection and Reporting: Document user feedback on platform functionality, user experience, and potential improvements.
