Job Description


  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree (preferably) in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Possessed at least 2-3 years of experience in business development for service industry, BPO or contact centre industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
  • Persuasive and goal oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software for presentation.
Responsibilities
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Ensuring that new campaigns are set-up smoothly.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
  • Collaborating with management and operations team to secure, retain, and grow our clienteles.
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Cold calling or emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with management on revenue targets, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Responding to company enquiries via emails or chats within 48 hours.
  • To attend WIP with ENVO clients, if required.
  • To undertake additional responsibilities or perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
