Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree (preferably) in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Possessed at least 2-3 years of experience in business development for service industry, BPO or contact centre industry is an advantage.
Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers in Mandarin or Cantonese and English.
Persuasive and goal oriented.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software for presentation.
Responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Ensuring that new campaigns are set-up smoothly.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
Collaborating with management and operations team to secure, retain, and grow our clienteles.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
Cold calling or emailing; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
Collaborating with management on revenue targets, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Responding to company enquiries via emails or chats within 48 hours.
To attend WIP with ENVO clients, if required.
To undertake additional responsibilities or perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
