Requirements:\xc2\xb7Applicants with Diploma level qualification and above.\xc2\xb7Proficient in Mandarin (Speak, Write, Type)\xc2\xb7Fluent in English is required for this role\xc2\xb7Basic operating knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer\xc2\xb7 Have no issue to work on 10pm \xe2\x80\x93 2pm Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)\xc2\xb7Able to start working on 24th June 2024\xc2\xb7Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office Scopes:\xc2\xb7 Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\xe2\x80\x99s services.\xc2\xb7 To exceed customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.\xc2\xb7Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designed service level thresholds determine by the Company\xc2\xb7Provide information on company products and service.\xc2\xb7Maintain a high level of confidentially in regard to customer billing and credit card information.\xc2\xb7Diffuse difficult customer solutions.
