Minimum 5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or related logistics operations.
Solid understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Lead and coordinate all customs clearance operations to ensure seamless import and export activities.
Liaise closely with clients, customs authorities, and relevant agencies to ensure full compliance with national and international trade regulations.
Oversee the preparation, verification, and submission of import/export documentation, including permits and tariff codes.
Supervise a small team managing customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Address and resolve customs-related issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly to minimize disruption.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with port, airport, and shipping agents to expedite clearance processes.
Stay up to date with evolving customs laws and procedures, ensuring company practices remain compliant and efficient.
