Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or related logistics operations.
- Solid understanding of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Basic Salary: RM 5,000
Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (alternate Saturday after probation) Scopes:

Position: Customs Clearance Manager
Location: Port Klang
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all customs clearance operations to ensure seamless import and export activities.
- Liaise closely with clients, customs authorities, and relevant agencies to ensure full compliance with national and international trade regulations.
- Oversee the preparation, verification, and submission of import/export documentation, including permits and tariff codes.
- Supervise a small team managing customs documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Address and resolve customs-related issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly to minimize disruption.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with port, airport, and shipping agents to expedite clearance processes.
- Stay up to date with evolving customs laws and procedures, ensuring company practices remain compliant and efficient.
