Job Description
- Education: Fresh graduates with a Certificate, Degree, or Diploma in IT (Full training provided).
- Availability: Willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Work Schedule: 5 working days per week.
- Location: Willing to work in Ara Damansara.
- Support: Provide telephone and email support for the product.
- Communication: Use strong interpersonal skills to ease customer frustrations and resolve issues.
- Adaptation: Adjust communication to the customer\'s technical knowledge.
- Troubleshooting: Perform basic probing to determine next steps for software inquiries.
- EPF & SOCSO.
- Leave: Sick leave and annual leave.
