Wilhelmsen Ship Management (WSM) Maritime Executive Trainee Program is a program crafted for dynamic and curious graduates, equipping you with skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us! The program will provide you with first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment. Successful trainees will be equipped with professional/management skills to assume further responsibilities and be absorbed into the organization. To be eligible for the Maritime Executive Trainee Program, you must meet the below requirements: Qualifications: Fresh graduate with less than 2-years working experiences. Bachelor/ Master Degree graduate in Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Naval Architecture, Naval Engineering, Maritime Logistics, Maritime Management or any relevant Maritime courses. Positive attributes towards fulfilling corporate objectives and goals.
