Requirements:

• Two years working experience in the same capacity

• Good communication skills (Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia)

• Good time management skills

• Pleasant personality

• SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields. Scopes:

Marketing, Communications & Public Relations

Establishing, coordinate and implementation of marketing, communications & public relations program
Establishing brand Image and ensure clear and consistent expression of image branding both internal and external
Responsible in the design and editorial aspects of the company is consistent to the image/ branding
Coordinating and maintaining media relations and interests and act as an ambassador of the company.
Provide coaching on the applications and brand awareness campaign to all associated parties
Consistently and regularly conduct market research and analysis in obtaining market trend, demands and expectations
Planning & Budgeting

Responsible on the achievement of marketing, communications and public relation programs in line with the goals and financial objectives
Developing short- and long-term financial budget and plans for all business development programs and monitoring of progress and assessing effectiveness of each campaign
Organizational Development strategy

Developing of strategic ideas based on desirable management perspective and market demands and trends in establishing organizational direction and program
Drive strategic organizational development strategy with fundamental values of company philosophy, mission and belief
Formulating and administering policies to ensure integrity and commitments to the development strategy
Consult and coaching of all related parties in the execution of all organization strategy and programs in the consistent delivery
Interpersonal/ Administrative management

Maintaining, attract, retain and continuously motivate and spearhead teammates in achievement of departmental and company objectives
Ensure effective management of departmental procedural adherence
Preparation of reports and findings and put them in order of appropriate filing system for future referencing and utilization
Providing support of advertising, promotions and distribution for company events.
Have a complete understanding to the operational Do\xe2\x80\x99s and Don\xe2\x80\x99ts and Occupational Safety and Health standards
