Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 To manage the planning and execution of A&P activities (seasonal campaigns, new store openings, events, press previews, etc.) \xc2\xb7 To ensure communication to the malls on current promotion and EDMs and SMS to customers are aligned with the standard brand requirements and guidelines \xc2\xb7 To manage the development of ATL and BTL activities and collate promotional content for updates on Social Media and eComm platforms \xc2\xb7 Compiling and review on editorial coverage and ADEX reports \xc2\xb7 To manage, monitor and constantly keep abreast of the latest A&P trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of A&P efforts in accordance with brand image \xc2\xb7 Acting as the liaison between the international principals, influencers, media, suppliers and business contacts \xc2\xb7 To develop promotional signage layout and arranging the distribution of promotional materials to all stores in a timely manner \xc2\xb7 To support in general marketing administrative duties within the department \xc2\xb7 To carry out effective, impactful and integrated 360 marketing campaigns \xc2\xb7 To explore, propose and secure strategic partners for joint promotions \xc2\xb7 To perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role Must-haves \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail industry \xc2\xb7 Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Good-to-haves \xc2\xb7 Diploma / Degree in any field, preferably in Marketing \xc2\xb7 Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude \xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Resourcefulness in solving problem Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month Benefits:
