To work closely with Business Development teams to promote our brand through collaborations and events.
To research and assist in developing more strategic events and collaborations to engage external stakeholders (existing and new) for growth.
To promote the hospital brand, facilities, services and expertise through targeted events/visit, both physical and virtual.
To assist in managing a database of corporate clients, specialist consultant, GPs, and partners.
To coordinate logistics of the events, venue facilities booking, accommodation and transportation for participants.
Organize and coordinate any off-site health talks involving the Hospital Consultants at the operations premises for their staff, agents and clients.
To support the team and company in preparations of major events e.g. MoU signing ceremonies, new service/product launches, VIP visits or tours.
To manage and/or support public forums or events which includes registration of guests, photography, preparation of souvenirs and communication materials.
To manage timely installation of hospital-wide signage, frames, notice boards, way-finding etc.
To manage the hospital social media sites by updating with relevant contents regularly.
Job Requirements
Possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin, Mass Communications, or related discipline
Minimum 2-4 years of working experiences as Marketing Communications role.
Preferably experience in healthcare setting.
Demonstrate good written & verbal communication skills especially in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus)
Has good and demonstrated event coordination/management skills (physical & virtual)
Has good relationship building skills, especially with external stakeholders
