This job is for you if you have:

• Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field;
• Efficient English skills as this role will require constant communication with an international coordinator / knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is also preferred;
• Sales / Traditional Marketing background;
• Ability to be a team player with strong negotiation skills, accountability, self motivated and result oriented;
• Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems;
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and new marketplace dynamics.

Tanggungjawab

Most of the working time will be related to:

• Active participation in promotional campaigns outside the office (distribution of advertising material, communication with potential partners of the company, activation of promo codes, branding of drivers' vehicles);
• Communication with drivers: registration in a mobile application, solving current work issues;
• Processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (via the phone / face-to-face / live chat);
• Tracking the quality of the provided service.
