JOB OBJECTIVES Develop and execute marketing and digital activities including product management / brand building / communication / innovation / business development of company to achieve set objectives and profitable growth. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates company\'s products.
In cooperation with the marketing manager, develop marketing strategies over the medium term and throughout the year.
Formulate strategies, coordinate, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
Manage the advertising and promotions budget with the marketing manager.
Monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and social media campaigns and provide alternatives and adjust where necessary.
Write and design proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and web pages.
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Prepare and oversee a wide variety of marketing materials: Graphic design, print production, and web publishing
Actively promote e-commerce projects in cooperation with related departments.
Understand the needs of the retail store business and watch competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner.
Come up with creative and fresh ideas to engage with existing and potential customers.
Managing the communications strategy and actively communicating the brand message to stakeholders. To also instill brand awareness amongst stakeholders.
Organize promotional events and execute diligently.
Carry out related job duties as required.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Material Industry.
Able to work independently as well as a team player.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Responsible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels.
Able to work on Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator or Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:
