Job Description

A Marketing Director is required to lead a large retail chain store with strong presence nationwide. A key lead role to develop marketing plans from scratch and drive brand affinity and profitability.

• Strategic development of marketing plans to drive profitability, brand awareness, traction and market share.
• Manage a team, you are responsible over A&P budgets across all brands with the objective to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
• Plan and strategize sales promotions, including forecasting, pricing, key account management, budgeting, profitability, new promotions, market research, and brand positioning.
• Entrepreneurial, innovative and creative in the pursuit of creating a newly defined marketing breakthrough. Create customized marketing materials, both print and digital, tailored to market and customer needs.
• Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing and retail marketing, all while contributing towards a strong brand presence.
• Sensitive to consumer insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the goal of achieving a common goal.
