Job Description

Role: To support Corporate Development Manager in the marketing of the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s product & services, branding and developing of new partnership with various corporates/organizations with the focus on increasing revenue for the hospital and aligning this with the Vision, Mission & Values of MMCH.

Tasks:
Hospitals

• Periodic visits/ engagements to consultants, especially referral consultants (at least once a year and as and when required-new services/ new consultants)
• CME talks (physical or online)

GPs/Clinics

• Periodic visits/engagements to GPs (at least once a year and as and when required-new services/ new consultants)
• Periodically engage new partners

Corporates/MNCs/ Colleges/ Hotels

• Periodic visits/ engagements for branding or possible health talks
• Periodically trying to engage new partners
• Health talks (physical/ online)

Insurance

• Periodically engage new partners

Foreign agents

• Periodically try to engage new partners

Monthly reports

• Corporate revenue, new patients, referrals from other hospitals
• Reports required by P-Med
• Corporate rates offered to Hospitals/GPs/Physiotherapists/ Chiropractors/Osteopaths/MNCs
• Semi-Government agencies (TNB/PBA)/ Colleges

Call-ins/Walk-ins

• Explain on our services (when requested by CS team)
• Appointments

Marketing materials/advertisements (brochures, corporate gifts etc)

• Source for new suppliers
• Manage inventory & re-order of stocks when low
• E-billboards
• Media adverts through radio

Other tasks

• New doctors on board- To write up in Reflection/FB/A1 poster/e-directory/website
• LPPKN or other submission
• P-Med membership
• Supporting CR events team in major events/projects
• Continuous learning on our products/services
• Any other matters required

Requirements:

• At least three (3) years working experience in related field with health organizations
• Candidate to demonstrate commitment and time management within the defined area of authority.
• Must be discrete in handling hospital data, management information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Team work, able to work independently and have initiative/willingness to learn, flexible.
• Good PR skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
• Multi-lingual, able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Able to converse in local dialects such as Hokkien, Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Tamil is an added advantage. Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus point.
• Undertakes any other relevant duties requested by the Management from time to time.

Salary will commensurate with years of experience in the relevant position.
