You collaborate with several stakeholders to plan and execute Talent Marketing activities to build and develop sustainable, diverse talent pipelines to fill the future hiring needs of our businesses. Responsibilities Main tasks including but not limited to: You are the contact person for all content creation related talent marketing requests coming in via the intake portal in your respective region. As Marketing support Intern you are the expert on content creation, copywriting and creating social media posts, managing blog, video and graphics design projects until successful completion. You have a good eye for how to make texts and graphics appealing (e.g. on websites, digital campaigns, or job ads). You will manage internal and external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers, ) to ensure constant availability to create content Who you are Ideally come with experience in video creation and graphic design. You have knowledge of the most common tools of video and graphics editing on the market, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and similar software. Driven by Data: You take the advantage of data to underlay your decision- making. Project Management: You are well organized and you are able to use agile methodologies in your daily work. Team Player: You enjoy being part of a team and working in a small, yet global community. Basic understanding in social media content management (you will learn on the way) Proactive mindset Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset Fluent English.
