Master Data Executive

Job Description
:
- Process Operating Companies (Opcos) change requests for master data creation or update in Oracle.
- Maintain and update rules for master data, monitor compliance to Master Data Management (MDM) policy.
- Liaise with Opcos and Shared Service Center (SSC) on Master Data creation/update.
- Liaise with reporting team to understand impact of change to master data on management reporting.
- Clean up existing master data to follow MDM guide.
- Monitor compliance to MDM policy.
- Provide reporting on MDM.
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 1 Year in MDM, Accountancy or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Accounting module / Systems (Oracle), Ariba.
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese (advantageous).
- Able to work independently, detail oriented.
- Have stress tolerance under a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA (advantageous).
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Are you able to start immediately? If no, how long is your notice period
- MDM Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
