Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all

mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP)

works with structural and architectural teams. Review

M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions

to ensure compliance with design and project specifications. Liaise with

consultants, clients, and subcontractors

to resolve technical issues and discrepancies. Prepare and monitor

M&E work schedules, progress reports, and coordination drawings.

Conduct

site inspections

to verify that works are carried out according to approved drawings and safety requirements. Ensure proper

installation, testing, and commissioning

of M&E systems. Attend and lead

coordination meetings

with consultants and contractors. Manage

variation orders

, materials approval, and technical documentation related to M&E works. Ensure all M&E activities comply with

local authorities' regulations (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga, BOMBA, JKR, etc.)

. Support the project team in ensuring

timely project delivery

and handover.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering

or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in M&E coordination within the construction industry. Good understanding of

M&E systems

(HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, etc.). Strong knowledge of

construction drawings, standards, and local authority requirements.

Proficient in

AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling tools.

Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work

independently and under pressure

to meet project deadlines.

Pay: RM2,453.25 - RM11,544.24 per month
