JOB DESCRIPTION :

Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works including plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and related systems. Review, coordinate, and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and method statements. Supervise M&E subcontractors and ensure work quality meets required standards. Monitor M&E work progress on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings. Prepare progress reports and highlight M&E-related issues.? Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on materials and equipment delivery

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years experience in M&E coordination or site-based construction projects (building or infrastructure). Holds a recognized Mechanical Engineering Certificate Experience in JKR / government projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of M&E systems such as plumbing, sanitary, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems. Proficient in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of BIM is an advantage. Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
