Job Description

Responsibility:

• Coordinate to set up new or transfer equipment to meet production requirement.
• Responsible to all the mechanical equipment \xe2\x80\x93 Maintenance, Testing, Servicing, Operating, Spare part, Troubleshooting and Problem Solving, System Improvement and Modification.
• Implement and supervise an effective maintenance program to ensure optimum operation of plant to achieve high plant reliability and availability.
• To carry out improvement studies by analyzing the performance of Mechanical equipment, providing technical support and executing projects to enhance overall plant equipment reliability.
• Review of maintenance plan and check its effectiveness against the maintenance performances to identify area of weaknesses
• Initiate maintenance monthly and yearly work analysis report to make the maintenance work performance more \xe2\x80\x9cvisualize\xe2\x80\x9d
• Assists to establish short, medium and long-term maintenance plan
• Ensure the cause of non-conforming related to product are properly investigate and analyzed all corrective or preventive action taken to eliminate the cause of actual or potential non-conformities are effective.
• Prepare all necessary analysis report and its recommendation for improvement as and when needed
• Ensure that the design of the plant and equipment are in accordance to the applicable codes and standards and according to good engineering practice especially with regard to Environmental, Health & Safety and Operation & Maintenance requirements. \xc2\xb7
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or HOD.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and equivalent qualification.
• Min. 2 years of M&E job experience in manufacturing field.
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical & problem-solving skill
• Hands-on and able to lead by example
• Able to read 3D drawings and experienced in using 3D CAD drawings.
• Good computer skills and MS office applications
• Must be able to read, speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Possess own transport and must be willing to work in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.
