RequirementsThis role is responsible for the profitability for the company across all channel of the business.The focus will be to drive pre-season planning, in-season merchandising and monthly retail promotional planning.You will be supporting the implementation of the brand team direction.Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company framework.
• Prepare in-depth analysis to deliver efficient buying during the seasonal buy window.
• Specialize in merchandising systems and tools to ensure smooth business operations.
• Expertise in stock allocation to ensure effective stock management within the season, for all channels of business.
• Monitor and ensure smooth stock movement within the stores and warehouse.
• Gather and provide detailed analysis and data for internal stakeholders.
• Analyse seasonal top sellers and low sellers, in-season stock cover management and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Planning & execution of promotional calendar & Markdown strategies.
• Drive weekly sales and stock inventory covers management.
• Collaborative decisions with key stakeholders.
• Other duties as requested by your manager.
