Accountability for the sales and gross profit results for all commercial activities including retail and EC channels in Malaysia
Identify and evaluate business-building opportunities and develop short and mid-term commercial plans together with global head office
Make annual sales and gross profit plan and track the progress in a regular manner
Identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve the business growth in Malaysia
Identify optimal retail store locations, make P&L simulation, negotiate the terms with the landlords, and manage the build-out of the store design, visual merchandising, and store construction
Ensure to maximize the sales opportunity at every store and online channel in Malaysia
Enhance and develop an effective organizational structure, to fulfill the business goal
Oversee the wholesale distribution, and work with franchise partners to manage the retail and EC business including channels expansion, store development plan, setting sales targets, guiding buying process and logistic process, store operations, visual merchandising, and merchandising
Work for one of the globes leading iconic premium fashion brands|Manage several premium branded retail stores & sales, marketing & merchandising
Bachelor\'s degree in Business and/or related work experience. Advanced degree preferred
10+ years successfully leading fashion goods industry
Experience with retail, e-commerce, and wholesale in Malaysia
Proficiency in merchandising, visual presentation, marketing, human resources, and store operations
In tune with premium fashion brands and with the brand style heritage
Proven strategic, operational and leadership abilities with demonstrated significant impact to the business results
