Meta Ads Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

? Develop, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms

(Facebook, Instagram) aligned with business goals (e.g., investor leads, home-buyer

enquiries, property development awareness).

? Conduct audience segmentation, ad-creative testing (copy, visuals, formats), bid

strategy optimisation and budget allocation to maximise ROI.

? Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-impact ad creatives,

landing pages, and ad copy that reflect the brand voice and core beliefs of 8 PM

Properties (ethical, transparent, client-focused).

? Monitor, track and analyse campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR,

lead quality) and generate reports to inform decision-making and optimisations.

? Set up and maintain ad-account infrastructure including pixel setup, conversion

tracking, custom and look-alike audiences, remarketing funnels and A/B testing

frameworks.

? Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align ad campaigns with funnel

stages, ensure smooth lead hand-off, and optimise for high-quality conversions.

? Stay updated with Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, ad policies, and

industry best practices--apply them to improve campaign efficiency and compliance.

? Provide strategic recommendations to scale successful campaigns, explore new ad

formats (e.g., Reels, Story ads, Instant Experience) and drive continuous

improvement of paid media strategy.

Skills & Experience

? Minimum 2-4 years' experience managing paid Meta advertising campaigns

(Facebook/Instagram) ideally in a B2C environment (property/real-estate,

investment, financial services a plus).

? Strong analytical skills and experience with ad-analytics tools, conversion tracking,

Google Analytics, and ad-platform insights.

? Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Ad Account setup, pixel

implementation and ad-tech integrations.

? Demonstrated ability to produce, test and optimise ad creatives (copy, image, video)

for performance.

? Excellent understanding of paid-media metrics and how they tie to business

outcomes (lead volume, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend).

? Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, design, sales) and manage campaigns

end-to-end.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.

? Certifications in Meta Blueprint (or equivalent) are advantageous.

? Proven portfolio or case studies of successful Meta campaigns and lead-generation

outcomes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
