Job Description


:

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Develop talent acquisition strategy to build robust talent pipeline for FBMY.
  • Lead the talent acquisition team and ensure manpower requisition are filled within the given timeline.
  • Establish business partnering with internal stakeholders and provide talent acquisition support to the businesses.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment administration process.
  • Leverage on data analysis to drive and improve talent acquisition and retention.
2. Employer Branding
  • Develop the employee value proposition and build employer branding of FBMY as employer of choice.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance attractiveness of FBMY as employer of choice.
  • Drive campus recruitment and initiatives to build future pipeline for FBMY.
  • Increased participation of FBMY in employer of choice award nominations.
3. HR Processes
  • Responsible for employee onboarding and induction.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the function.
  • Manage contract renewals and all contract staff movement.
  • Manage HR related payments and any other ad-hoc HR related matters.
