The Impact You\'ll MakeUsing knowledge of company products, services, support and technology, oversees sales operations activities to achieve company goals. Maintains relationship with field personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissions. Works with Sales and Finance Departments to develop and administer the company\'s worldwide sales forecast.What You\'ll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison for managing factory change communications, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and any customer impacts, such as BCP events. Will responsible to consolidate all factory and make communication package then share to all customer facing personnel and operational community
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional sales operations and logistics teams to enhance benefits and improve logistics quality.
• Work collaboratively GCO quality escalation related with factory to manage, communicate, and assess the impact on tool shipment quality and customer experience.

Who We\'re Looking For

• Bachelor\'s Degree is required.
• Minimum ten (10) years\' experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry.
• Advanced knowledge of system configuration in SAP Sales & Distribution module, or SAP sales transactions.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of management.
• Demonstrated effective cross-functional team leadership and influence.
• Able to work with minimal direct guidance or direction from others.
• Understanding of how to analyze and interpret large data sets.
