For our global sales department - based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia \xe2\x80\x93 WoodWing Group is looking for an enthusiastic and smart Sales Operations Executive to strengthen the team.
What will you do?
This role requires you to be the main point of contact and responsible party for sales order processing and assisting the internal sales team and partners. You will be reporting to the Global Head of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
In this diverse role you have several key responsibilities;
Create quotes for the sales team (or Partners) for new business, upsells and renewals
Coordinate sales orders (from quote to preparing the final sales order and making sure all required information is in place)
Monitor and Manage the Contract Renewals
Act as the \xe2\x80\x98go to\xe2\x80\x99 person for partners for all day-to-day sales order related matters
Liaise between the Sales and Finance Operation departments
Create input for the quarterly and yearly Partner Business reviews
Support and enhance CRM to drive efficiency throughout the Sales & Marketing organization
Job requirements
In order to be successful you need;
3+ years\' experience in a Sales Operations position with a strong focus on administrative support, preferably in B2B environment;
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
Work at hours that align with different international time zones
Must have proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Proficient user of CRM systems, reporting is a plus
A commercial & flexible mindset
Good communications and organizational skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
