You will play a crucial role in optimizing sales operations, managing contracts, and supporting various sales activities. Industry: Manufacturing/Production (Foods) Working Hour: Monday to Friday Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru s: As a primary contact window between customers and internal stakeholders for before/after sales support activities. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth contract management: order processing, shipment, payment, risk control, reports, contract creation, scheduling and deadlines. Assist the Sales Manager in daily tasks: quotation, project tender/bidding preparation, new account onboarding, and new account creation. Enhance customer satisfaction by managing customer\'s complaint with timely and professional feedback, escalating to relevant departments to improve products and competitiveness. Participate and support new sales systems, new product launches, new projects, customer activities, trial proposals, and document requests. Optimize sales operation processes, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Track and prepare sales performance reports, maintain customer database, and monitor progress towards KPI achievements.. Requirements: Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service/sales support function or relevant, manufacturing background is preferred. Min. Bachelor\'s Degree education level or above. Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written). Experience in B2B sales and export sales is a plus.
